Our main focus is to help each other with information and moral support during challenging times.

Our secondary focus is to urge Congress to change the current laws and recognize soldiers of the atomic cleanup mission as “veterans who participated in radiation-risk activities during active service.”

  1. I wish I knew! I am an Air Force guy who did the radiological monitoring on the boats. On one of the trips I asked the boat driver if I could steer the boat…he said, “Go at it!” After awhile I looked back at the wake and it looked like zigzag. Steering is truely a skill I don’t have! Could this be you? Aug 78 to Jan 79.

  2. I was on Lojwa in late1978 as part of the LARC unit. Also, I’m not listed on the survivor rooster posted here.
